Tami Siscoe - Richardson (Founder of Dance Productions) 

Kassi Bolan: Owner/ Director
Kassi Bolan is a 3rd generation dance studio owner. She trained for over 15 years at Bonnie Siscoe’s School of Dance (her grandmothers studio) where her mother, Tami, taught and choreographed for over 30 years. Kassi choreographed her first solo at age 12 and at age 13 choreographed two more numbers which received the highest achievement awards.. At age 16, Kassi choreographed the “Teen Ms. Headliner” title winner routine for Britany Gilman and received the “Best Young Choreographer” award that same year at Dance Olympus.   Kassi began working alongside her mom at Dance Productions when she was 19. By her early 20's, she was choreographing and directing the Dance Productions competitive company. Kassi has received instruction from Tremaine Dance Conventions, Pulse On Tour, Jump, Monsters of Hip Hop, Broadway Dance Center in NYC and Millennium Dance Center and The Edge in L.A. Her first professional job outside of the dance studio was choreographing a hip hop routine for the Dobie High School Lariaettes Drill Team, and a jazz routine for their officers. Both numbers received over all first place, and the hip hop won first place internationally. The following year Kassi choreographed for the Dobie officers, where they again placed first. She has also choreographed for the Pearland Prancers and The Bellaire High School Dance Team as well as Master Classes for the Friendswood Wranglerettes and St. Thomas Episcopal High school.  Kassi continues to consistently choreograph successful routines, winning choreography awards, studio awards and overall placement. Kassi started Project 3 in the summer of 2021 when her mother decided to retire from Dance Productions. During her first season, Project 3 recieved the  ADCC Studio of Excellence award from Artists Simply Human. Her main focus is now on Project 3 and the dancers training under her direction.
 Nevaeh Meraz: Assistant Company Director/ Choreographer
Nevaeh Meraz began dancing at Dance Productions when she was 5 years old and eventually became a Dance Productions company member. From there, she trained all over the Houston area and eventually toured with Tremaine Dance Convention. She was named Tremaines Senior Dancer of The Year in 2017. Nevaeh had the opportunity to assist and train with some of the top teachers/choreographers in the industry. Nevaeh has won countless scholarships at all of the biggest dance conventions around. Nevaeh has appeared in Music videos, short films, and has trained extensively in Los Angeles. She has taught multiple classes at The Playground LA and has choreographed for various studios. We are so happy to have Nevaeh helping to lead our Project 3 dance family. We are excited for our dancers to learn more from her during our 2024-2025 dance season!
Gavin Lemaire: Director of Company Communications/ Choreographer
Born with a rhythm in the heart and a passion for dance, Gavin has embarked on a remarkable journey through the world of movement. Born in Houston, Texas, at the age of 7, Gavin began his dance training at RPAC Under the guidance of Becky Phelps, his talent blossomed, laying the foundation for a promising career ahead.
At the age of 12, Gavin continued his dance training at various studios, masterclasses, and workshops around the Houston area.
By age 15, Gavin embraced the role of mentor and educator, serving as the hip-hop director at Twin Arts Dance Studio. During this time he also attended HSPVA as a Dance Major for his freshman and sophomore years of high school.
Venturing beyond local boundaries, Gavin began attending dance conventions and workshops across the country, where he trained under some of the industry’s most revered choreographers.
At age 18, Gavin made the bold decision to pursue his dreams in Los Angeles.
Notable highlights include choreographing a music video for ‘Kailaya’ and gracing the screen in Snow Wife’s acclaimed American Horror Show music and performance videos. Gavin also co-choreographed Snow Wife’s music video for one of her songs featured on her EP ‘Queen Degenerate’
Most recently, Gavin had the privilege of dancing for Grammy award-winning artist Daya.
As Gavin continues to evolve as an artist, he remains committed to pushing boundaries, breaking barriers, and inspiring others through the power of dance.
Gavin looks forward to working with Project 3 this year. He hopes to inspire the dancers and help Project 3 meet their goals.
Amanda Ortega: Ballet/Pointe Instructor
Amanda Ortega has the honor of being the first and only American to graduate from a Ukrainian Ballet Academy. She graduated from the prestigious Opera of the Ukraine with a degree in classical dance, historical dance and Choreography. Viewed as one of the premier European academy's the National Opera is home to many famous dancers. There she trained with top European teachers and choreographers. Along with the National Opera of Ukraine, Detski Musical Theatre also opened their doors to Amanda. There she was able to train with both classical and modern performers. Ms. Ortega also performed soloist roles with the Donestk Baller Theatre and toured the East Coast in the company's Nutcracker production in the role of Clara. She also participated in the Ukrainian Youth exchange program, Ukrainian/Italian Exchange and the Ukrainian/Spanish Exchange in Kiev, Ukraine. Along with her many solo roles in Europe she performed for many American companies as well. Amanda danced for the International Ballet theatre, The National Ballet, The Philadelphia Ballet Theatre, and the Tressor group to name a few. Besides her extensive performing experience Amanda has also worked as a teacher and coach. She taught choreography t children for the Donestk Ballet Theatre. She also worked with younger students as part of her training with the National Opera. Amanda was the resident Ballet coach for Dance with Me studio of Long Island. Ms. Ortega has had 3 students progress to Las Vegas on SYTYCD as well as 3 students appear on Dancing with the Stars. 
Maddie Medina: Instructor/Choreographer
Maddie Medina is from Houston, Texas where she trained at Vitacca Dance Project from 2015–2017. Medina then trained at The Juilliard School working with renowned choreographers such as Ohad Naharin, Andrea Miller, and Brian Arias. There, she also performed repertoire by Bill T. Jones and Trisha Brown. She has worked professionally with Brett Ishida in new works titled longing floats around you and dream of black. She graduated from The Juilliard School with a bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts and is now dancing at Vitacca Ballet in Houston, Texas. Maddie brings a unique style to Project 3 and we are excited to head into another season with her!
 Denise Williamson: Instructor
Denise Williamson is a triple threat from Houston Texas. She received her dance training from METdance (Houston Metropolitan Dance Center) where she was a member of both the youth and professional company. She attended Sam Houston State University on dance scholarship and graduated Cum Laude with a BFA in Musical Theatre with an Emphasis in Dance. Denise auditioned and was accepted into the Broadway Theatre Project under the direction of Ann Reinking. For 3 years Denise studied with legends such as Julie Andrews, Gregory Hines, Ben Vereen, Patrick Wilson, and many others. Oher accomplishments are Tremaine scholarship winner, Jazz in Az scholarship winner, Dance Masters of America scholarship winner, and many high point and stand out awards from regional and national competitions. Denise is also an established film and television actress. Credits include Friday Night Lights, Dark Places, Maggie, and The D-Train.
 Hanna Bailey: Instructor
Hanna Bailey attended the University of Texas Austin, where she received her B.F.A in dance. She has choreographed for multiple events in the Austin, Tx area. Hanna is now the Assistant Director for the Pearland Prancers Dance Team.
