Studio Policy

Administrative Hours: Office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4:00 to 8:30pm. Thursday and Friday 4:00 to 7:30pm. For information on schedule changes, payments and other administrative details please call 281-412-3848.

Attire: Proper Dance attire is required for class. Learn more here.

Entering/Exiting the Building: All students waiting for rides need to wait inside the studio. For their safety, dancers are required to wear cover-ups when entering or exiting the building. Please do not wear dance shoes outside.

Inclement Weather: In the case of severe or catastrophic weather, classes may get cancelled. If classes are cancelled, there will be a message put on the answering machine at the studio. Please call before you child's class time (281-412-3848) to find out whether or not they have class that day. Allotted in the yearly calendar is one "Bad Weather Day" for each class. This means that if a class is cancelled due to Severe or Catastrophic Weather conditions, it will not be made up. However, if they miss two of the same class, we will make up the second day.

Semester Policy: Tuition is based on the dance term of the week of August 6th thru the week of June 15th. Tuition is divided into 11 equal payments. You may make monthly payments for your convenience or pay the full tuition up front. Full tuition will receive a 10% discount, but is NON REFUNDABLE. Studio Holidays are included in tuition. Tuition, recital fees, and costume fees are all non-refundable. Students not participating in the Recital will need to notify the Studio in writing before November.

Returned check fee: There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.

Convention/Competition Policy: All class tuition, convention tuition, and competition fees must be paid in full on or before the due date in order to be registered for the event. Students not complying with this policy will not be registered.

Make Ups for Missed Lessons: There are no make-ups for missed classes. A student is placed in a class suited to his or her ability and regular attendance is neccessary for progression. There is no benefit for a student to attend a class for which he or she is not suited. If you anticipate a prolonged absence, please speak to the school administrator for special arrangements.
